Tanjung Synergy Sdn Bhd is a licensed Used Cooking Oil (UCO) collector and recycler based in Northern Malaysia. We are committed to responsible, traceable, and eco-friendly UCO management, ensuring all oil collected is converted into biodiesel and does not re-enter the food chain.

2. Scope of Services

We provide licensed UCO collection and recycling services, including:

Safe collection of UCO from food and beverage establishments.
Recycling of UCO into biodiesel in line with sustainability standards.
Compliance with Malaysia’s Environmental Quality Act and related regulations.

Services may be updated, expanded, or discontinued as necessary.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services are required to:

Ensure that UCO provided for collection is not contaminated with chemicals, plastics, or hazardous substances.
Store UCO in secure and hygienic containers until collection.
Cooperate with agreed schedules and service procedures.
Avoid reselling or distributing collected UCO to unauthorized parties.

4. Service Arrangements

All collection terms, including rebates, credits, or other arrangements, shall be governed by written agreements between Tanjung Synergy Sdn Bhd and the client. Such arrangements may be reviewed periodically in line with environmental, regulatory, or market developments.

5. Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to diverting UCO from the food chain and ensuring it is recycled solely for renewable energy purposes. This commitment underpins our operations and aligns with Malaysia’s sustainability goals.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials contained on our website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and documents — are the intellectual property of Tanjung Synergy Sdn Bhd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanjung Synergy Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
Losses resulting from contaminated or unsafe UCO supplied by clients.
Delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

Breach of these Terms.
Unsafe or non-compliant UCO handling practices.
Non-cooperation with agreed service arrangements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
